Pack 640 takes pride in offering a quality program for cub scouts and their families, and has been doing so for nearly 25 years. The pack currently boasts a membership of 45 scouts, and 26 volunteer adult leaders and committee members. Our membership numbers grow every spring when we hold our annual Spring Roundup and Join Night. Pack 640 welcomes new scouts and adult volunteers at any time of the year!

Pack 640 holds fun scouting events throughout every month of the year. The scouts are organized into small groups called "dens" based on age. Each den stays together on its journey through cub scouting, and has its own den leader and assistant den leader(s). Dens meet once or twice a month at times and places determined by each den. All of the pack's dens come together at the monthly pack meeting, which is held generally on the third Thursday of every month, at 7:00 pm in the Stony Creek Elementary School gym. Because of school vacations and special events, the time and/or place of the pack meeting may vary slightly in certain months. At this time, Pack 640 does not charge any pack dues, although each den may independently decide to collect den dues to fund den activities. The pack relies entirely on its fundraisers for generation of pack funds.
