Pack 640's pack meetings take place on the third Thursday of every month, September through April, at 7:00 p.m. in the Stony Creek Elementary School gym. In December and March the monthly pack meeting may be held on the second Thursday of the month due to Jefferson County's winter and spring breaks. The May pack meeting is typically held at an outdoor location around the last day of school for the current school year.
While infrequent, any changes in location for the pack meeting are posted in the pack calendar on Scouttrack as soon as they are known. The pack calendar on Scouttrack will also contain information on events and entertainment taking place at a particular pack meeting.

All dens/patrols should have a repertoire of some skits and some run-ons. |

Twice per year the pack holds a "Court of Honor" at which rank advancement ceremonies are performed and the accomplishments of all scouts since the most recent Court of Honor are recognized. This allows more time at more of our pack meetings to enjoy presenters, entertainers, and fun activities.
Although the pack does not officially meet during the summer months (June, July, and August), there are many summertime activities, pack hikes and camping activities in which to participate during those months.
